Zumba incorporates aerobic interval training with Latin-style dance movements that is extremely popular and in demand. Zumba is moderately easy to learn. The instructors teach the basic routines and then add embellishments. It feels more like dancing than exercising.
Wednesday 7:00-8:00 p.m.
This class will energize you while helping you to build strength and flexibility. It is an open level class that offers options for both beginner and experience practitioners alike. Please bring your own yoga mat.
